NEWS: The Saint Paul City Council passed a resolution in support of the principles of the MN Second Chance Coalition and in acknowledgement of Second Chance Day on the Hill. This is a great testament to the tireless work done by all of the coalition partners, the hundreds of supporters who continue to attend the Day on the Hill and the many individuals with criminal records who continue to struggle to find housing and employment.
